In partnership with the HALO team, Audax supported the platform’s growth through executive hires, and by increasing the hiring pace of account executives. HALO supplemented organic growth with nine acquisitions during Audax’ hold period which helped to significantly grow its market share in the promotional products industry and diversify into the employee recognition segment. Additional synergies were realized through headcount reductions, facility consolidations, freight optimizations, and cross-sell opportunities across the platform.
