Mhairi Maclean

Mhairi is a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2024, Mhairi worked at Wellington Management, where she was most recently a Principal and Vice President. Before that, she spent nearly a decade as a Compliance Officer for North American Management. Mhairi received a L.L.B. (Hons) Law degree from King’s College London and a  L.P.C. from The College of Law, Guildford.
