Curt is a Senior Vice President within the Portfolio Support Group at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax, Curt was a Partner at Crowe LLP, where he advised private equity sponsors on operational diligence, acquisition integration, and performance improvement. Prior to Crowe, Curt held M&A-focused roles in consulting and industry, including at Walgreens Boots Alliance.

Curt received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. from Purdue University.
