Charles Stones

Charlie serves as Senior Vice President and Tax Counsel for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2018, Charlie worked at Hogan Lovells where he advised on a variety of transactional tax matters. Charlie received a J.D. and LL.M. from Georgetown and a B.A. from Boston University.
