Ben is a Managing Director & Associate General Counsel at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2018, Ben worked at Ropes & Gray LLP where he focused on private equity transactions. Ben received a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Boston College.
