Andy is a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Human Capital for Audax Private Equity, based in New York. In this role, Andy partners with investment teams and portfolio executives to align talent to value creation across the deal lifecycle, and to build and sustain high performing organizations. Prior to joining Audax in 2026, Andy worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner. Prior to that, he worked at Gallup.

Andy received a B.S. from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
