Amy McCormack is a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Amy was a Vice President and Head of Human Resources at G2 Capital Advisors. She has considerable experience across the human capital, talent management and recruiting, and leadership-development functions, and previously served in management roles at Beyond Finance, Inc., Trinity Partners, Beacon Partners, and Bain Capital. She began her career at Deloitte.

Amy received a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Hartford.
