Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) was named 2012 International Private Equity Firm of the Year at the 4th Annual International M&A Awards Gala. The International Awards Gala honored the leading deal-teams, deal-makers and firms whose activities set the standard for cross-border transactions. This year, 228 nominees representing over 400 companies were finalists for the awards. An independent body of experts, who represent a cross-section of the middle market, determined the ultimate recipients of the awards.
