Audax Private Equity Acquires Revolution Dancewear

BOSTON – Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) today announced that it has partnered with management to acquire Revolution Dancewear (“Revolution”), a leading global supplier of dance recital costumes, competition costumes, footwear, and dancewear. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
