Correct Care Solutions, LLC (“CCS”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), announced it has completed the acquisition of Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc. (Amex: CONM) (“Conmed”). Headquartered in Hanover, Maryland, Conmed is a provider of comprehensive healthcare services to local and county correctional facilities. CCS, with the acquisition of Conmed, provides daily healthcare to over 80,000 patients in correctional facilities throughout 28 states. The acquisition of Conmed expands CCS’ footprint into Maryland, Kentucky, Arizona, and the Pacific Northwest. CCS, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, is a provider of comprehensive healthcare solutions to local, county, state, and federal correctional facilities with a stable and growing client base and exceptional customer service. Audax will continue to work with management to grow the company organically and through strategic add-on acquisitions.
